  • 85g tomato grounded
  • 30g finely diced onion
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tsp
  • Vinegar
  • Spices
  • 7.5ml olive oil

  • Boil noodles in salt water set aside.
  • In a pan, take oil and saute garlic until it gets slightly brown.
  • Add onions and saute it till translucent.
  • Then add tomatoes, Some water,  Chicken stockcube. 
  •  Let the cube dissolve. Also add salt and black pepper as per taste.
  • Then add carrots  and capsicums and cook it for 2-3 mins    until soft.
  •  Add lettuce and cook for another 1-2 mins. After that  add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper, chili flakes as per taste. Mix the spaghetti in well. Enjoy with hot sauce.
